Appointments
We are an appointment only service, please contact 0749735100 if you need to be seen.
Appointments run to a maximum of 15 minutes. Each appointment slot caters for one patient only.
We do our best to keep appointments running on time however on occasions due to emergencies and unforeseen circumstances delays will occur. We will always try to minimise disruption to patients when waiting and we thank you for your understanding on these occasions.
If you have made an appointment and cannot attend or are running late we appreciate if you can inform the practice via the secretary as soon as you can.
For emergencies outside of normal hours (6pm – 8am weekdays and 6pm Friday to 8am Monday and Bank Holidays) please contact NowDoc on 0818400911. The local NowDoc centre is in Mountcharles and is appointment only, please ring ahead for a time to attend.
Surgery Times
Appointments available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. The Doctor is contactable for emergencies between 8am and 6pm. Nursing appointments are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Bloods are only performed on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, please arrange with the doctor in advance.
Dr Moy and Dr Dunphy operate a rotating schedule, please be aware if you wish to see one doctor in particular there may be a delay until their next session.
